Make sure your habits are done as basic as possible

When you try to improve your habits make sure to continue to do the minimum amount. So you don’t end up breaking the habit. I have been trying to do 1 and a half hours of focused work in the morning but it overwhelms me sometimes so I end up not doing anything at all. That is a mistake. I should be focusing on doing what I did before then once I do that I will already have the momentum needed to do the new amount of work.
