The Eisenhower matrix is a widely used time management technique. To create the Matrix you make a 2 by 2 graph. At the top , starting from the left put urgent and the right not urgent. To the left of the graph, put important and below it put not important. You basically get any task and put it through the matrix. If a task has big consequences and a timed date. You do it immediately. If it has big consequence’s but no due date(like taking care of your teeth), schedule to do it on your calendar so you get it done eventually. If a task has a timed date but does not have huge consequences delegate it to someone else(like being told to wash the dishes and then telling someone else to do it). If it does not have a consequence and no timed date, then delete it from your tasks(like playing a video game).
