The Feynman Technique is a popular studying technique. To start you pick one topic you want to learn(Let’s say Productivity). Next, you research and read about the topic. Next, you write an idea of the topic down on paper(Let’s say the Eisenhower matrix). Write it down and what it mean’s as simply as you can. Then teach the idea to someone. For example, teach people at a dinner table. You do this because if you can teach a topic to someone else, that means you understand it. If they do not understand it go back to where you found the idea and write down the idea again after refreshing your memory. Then teach again. Keep going until they understand.
