When you have something, you want to achieve (a goal) it is a clever idea to remind yourself of it. The reason is that reminding yourself to do something makes sure you won’t forget about your goal. to visualize in the morning the first thing you want to do is write your goal down. Do it on a flash card so you can keep it in your pocket. The reason you write it down is, so you don’t forget what your goal is and visualize the right thing. Once you write down your goal and visualize it every day, that itself gives you the motivation to do the goal, since you wouldn’t visualize and write down your goal every day if you didn’t want to achieve it. Since your goal is always on your mind you will notice things around you that can help you that you never noticed before. Let’s say your goal is to create a workout habit, before if you saw a random video on working out and habits you would ignore it, but with your goal in mind you would notice the video value and click on it.
