When you fail at school you usually are hit with a F in your class, which can cause big consequences since you need to spend extra time retaking the class. Instance’s like this are what cause people(at least me) to be adverse to failure. This is the opposite in the workplace. You need to know how to fail at your job to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
