Everybody has something they do in the morning, brush their teeth or use their phone and look at their email. What I mean by a morning routine, I am talking about specific things you do in the morning that help you in the long run. Waking up at the same time allows you to sleep at the same time as well because if you oversleep you won’t be able to fall asleep at the same time you want and if you wake up too early you are exhausted because you barely slept. There is one thing I love about morning routines. Doing focused consistent work in the morning. There is no better time to do work since early morning for most people is an uninterrupted span of time.
