Just do 10 days
The first ten days are the hardest when you are trying to do something new. Just do that new thing ten times in a row, and the other times you do the habit it won’t feel as difficult.
Use notifications
A lot of people use their phone for hours having notifications that tell you what you are supposed to do at certain times can be a useful way to use your phone(which I consider a distraction machine.)
Do not miss sleep
Nothing is more important than your sleep. If you sleep for like 4 hours a day, you are not going to have enough energy to consistently do your habits.
You can make a habit out of anything you do more than 3 times a week
That includes not doing your habits so make sure not to make a habit out of not doing your habits. Apparently habits never actually go away, they are like in your brain till you replace them with another...
