A lot of people use their phone for hours having notifications that tell you what you are supposed to do at certain times can be a useful way to use your phone(which I consider a distraction machine.)
Nothing is more important than your sleep. If you sleep for like 4 hours a day, you are not going to have enough energy to consistently do your habits.
That includes not doing your habits so make sure not to make a habit out of not doing your habits. Apparently habits never actually go away, they are like in your brain till you replace them with another habit.

Habits becomes so automatic that you literally forget about them. Its happened to me, I do something for a couple of months and then my head goes blank trying to remember what that routine was again. I recommend writing it down, and then reading it every week or so.
