Get the most draining tasks done as early as possible. 

When someone makes a decision or does a task, they drain their energy. In the morning, your body just wakes up, so you don’t have any signs of decision fatigue. So doing a task that is extremely challenging or is something you hate in the morning makes it so you will more likely get it done rather than if you tried doing it at the end of the day when you already made a lot of decisions and used a lot of your energy.
