People have many things that they care about in life, family, career, hobbies, etc… If you are not being proactive with your health by eating healthy, losing weight, lowering cholesterol. Your unhealthy habits of not taking care of your body will hit you at some point in your life. If you are in bad health, it makes it harder to enjoy time with your family, spend time on your career, and focus on your hobbies.
