Morning routines are good but you can go overboard.

Have you ever heard the saying? “Too much of anything is bad?” It is the same with a morning routine. People could meditate, journal, workout, do some yoga, gratitude journaling, and make your bed. Every one of those activities is amazing and they work for their intended purposes. My issue is that people don’t use their morning time to do work. Doing consistent work in the morning, in my opinion, is more valuable than mediating. So, I chose doing focused work over that. Make sure you don’t use too many productivity techniques to seem productive without doing focused work towards your goals.
