One easy habit in the morning that helps me get work done.

When you wake up you are not instantly motivated to do much, since you just woke up. So why not accomplish something to give yourself some momentum to do your other tasks? Like, make your bed. When I get up in the morning I instantly get up from my bed, and get my three pillows, put two next to each other, then one in the middle of the two. Then I get my blanket and fold it to make a very long rectangle and put it in front of the middle pillow. It does not matter how just try making your bed.
