Usually, the hardest part of doing a task is getting started on said task. If people feel horrible, they probably won’t get started on a task. That’s why to get yourself going you just do five minutes of a task. The reason is that five minutes is not aa lot of time, usually no matter how you feel you can get yourself to do five minutes of a task. The reason you do this is just to start working, once you start for five minutes you will feel in the zone and might want to do more than 5 minutes.
