Why is sleep important?

Did you know that most people do not get the required 7-9 hours of sleep? If you have a goal you want to pursue, being deprived makes it harder since you cannot use willpower effectively if you are running on no sleep. You will feel like you have no energy. What happens when you have no energy? You procrastinate. Have you ever tried to focus on class while running on no sleep? It is much harder to focus than normal. Overall, there really are no benefits of being sleep deprived. So, get some sleep!
